It was a domestic adoption right here in NC. I learned a lot going through this process but one thing in particular I learned is the need for adoptive parents. Currently there are over 400,000 children waiting to be adopted in US in foster care system. So&#8230;we did 400,000 burpees&#8230;JK<\/p>\n<p>Parter one: doing exercise listed below, completing #reps as a team before moving to next set.<\/p>\n<p>Partner two: running up stairs, 5 Merkins, running back<\/p>\n<p>Set 1: 100 burpees<br \/>\nSet 2: 100 WWII<br \/>\nSet 3: 100 jump squats<br \/>\nSer 4: Another 100 burpees<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Total 400 reps representing 400 K kiddos needing adoptive parents.<\/p>\n<p>LBCs for the 6<\/p>\n<p>At this point the Q was VERY suprised it was 7:50 already so mosied back to starting point\/parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>Mary<br \/>\n-American Hammers x 20<br \/>\n-low flutters x 20<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Quiet bunch for circle of trust, H.O.G. mentioned today is the blood drive. Drip asked for volunteers as site Q for Qs in March and got a handful of willing PAX. Honey Badger took us out in prayer.
