{"id":14970,"date":"2021-02-16T15:51:31","date_gmt":"2021-02-16T19:51:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=14970"},"modified":"2021-02-16T15:51:31","modified_gmt":"2021-02-16T19:51:31","slug":"super-late-flip-flockee-post","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2021\/02\/super-late-flip-flockee-post\/","title":{"rendered":"Super Late Flip Flockee Post"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>6 Pax started this fine frigid morning with 50 SSH ic.<\/p>\n<p>The next step was acquire a coupon with a journey of a thousand arm swirly things.<\/p>\n<p>After coupon acquisition, PAX returned to parking lot with coupon raised above head.<\/p>\n<p>Upon return, PAX circled up to proceed with Flip Flockees.<\/p>\n<p>Flip Flockee recipe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin with coupon raised overhead<\/li>\n<li>lower coupon to chest and do a low squat<\/li>\n<li>without use of arms sit on ground<\/li>\n<li>lie on back with legs extended but not touching the ground<\/li>\n<li>while holding legs out, raise arms with block straight above head, (should look like a banana with a coupon)<\/li>\n<li>From here raise legs and arms to the sky from core<\/li>\n<li>Then return to banana position again<\/li>\n<li>then bring block towards waist, sit up, plant feet on ground and stand up without using hands (hands never let go of coupon)<\/li>\n<li>from low squat position stand and raise coupon overhead<\/li>\n<li>from here proceed with a blockee<\/li>\n<li>repeat until something breaks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While PAX knocked out their endless cycle of Flip Flockees, one PAX at a time took turns with a small break in which they did a bear crawl around the circle of PAX pushing their coupon.\u00a0 When all was said and done, a lovely symbolic cinder block crop circle remained as a testament to the endless cycle that took place on that freezing morning.<\/p>\n<p>Once everyone had 3 round of block pushing, we had time to carry our blocks high above our heads back to their resting place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think we had any announcements or prayer requests.\u00a0 If we did, it&#8217;s probably ancient history.\u00a0 YHC took us out and did his penalty burpees for not posting the BackBlast sooner.<\/p>\n<p>I think the keys fell in your eyes with that coupon dust VanGogh.\u00a0 \u00a0There have been post since my Q so I&#8217;m assuming you dug them out or had a spare set lying around.\u00a0 Thank for the opportunity and great job men!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6 Pax started this fine frigid morning with 50 SSH ic.
