After the third fail, YHC took to verbally \u201cexercise\u201d and \u201crest\u201d each cycle.\u00a0 That was better than the amplifying MC.<\/li>\n<li>The Deuce DMed YHC last night asking, \u201cWhat exactly is Run &amp; Gun?\u201d YHC\u2019s brief explanation must have sufficed as he was out there.\u00a0 Next question: \u201cDo I need a light?\u201d\u00a0 O.G. vigorously affirmed the need for a light.\u00a0 Nevertheless, The Deuce survived the dark streets of Ardmore.<\/li>\n<li>Great catching up with Total Recall along the way. TR commented that Ardmore was his Bermuda Triangle and that he had no idea where he was the whole time.<\/li>\n<li>Mutton got a quick briefing on the route and then took off, leaving the rest of us in the dark. Clearly not his Bermuda Triangle.<\/li>\n<li>YHC also took some hits for the off-balance demo of Russian Dead Lifts. Not my best effort there.<\/li>\n<li>Juice Box rolled in at 0529 ready to roll out.<\/li>\n<li>Mongoose was not pleased with Tabata exercises on the wet asphalt. He also was not impressed with the dry-ish rectangle left on the ground when YHC picked up my towel.<\/li>\n<li>Zuck suggested that he previously thought of YHC as a \u201cnice guy\u201d but did not appreciate the combinations and order of exercises.
