Green Acres is a machine – not new information.\u00a0 he also informed me at 0527 that the benches we used at my last Q at TRQ were blocked off with cones and could not be used.\u00a0 Not sure but he may have run in with them just to block it off<\/p>\n
VG crushed the bear crawls but did regret the bourbon barrel stout the night before<\/p>\n
Zima is back – both physically and verbally<\/p>\n
Boomerang and Ziggy did not complain but felt that their rock was warm enough and did not need additional laps around the star<\/p>\n
TO had other obligations but still posted.\u00a0 Dude is unstoppable.<\/p>\n
due to everyone being spread out around the star yhc was not able to hear all the compliments being shared about the workout so I’ll assume…..<\/p>\n
all enjoyed the workout and were pleased that there were zero burpees<\/p>\n
