{"id":14799,"date":"2021-02-03T17:42:44","date_gmt":"2021-02-03T21:42:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=14799"},"modified":"2021-02-03T17:42:44","modified_gmt":"2021-02-03T21:42:44","slug":"a-mutinous-conspiracy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2021\/02\/a-mutinous-conspiracy\/","title":{"rendered":"A Mutinous Conspiracy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>YHC was thinking this past week about having something \u201cspecial\u201d for the pax at this week\u2019s Conspiracy and posted the outcome of that \u201cbrain\u201dstorm on Slack on Tuesday following Huck\u2019s birthday party, thrown by Zima, at Flatline (because that was the only muscle still working, and that\u2019s a highly subjective opinion).<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Warmarama:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>0530:\u00a0 Standard fare, including Cherry Pies in honor of the missing HIM.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Beatdown<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mosey from Launch to Pilot View for a fun game.<\/p>\n<p>Rules:<\/p>\n<p>Two dice of different colors:\u00a0 White = exercise &amp; base # of reps; Red = reps multiplier<\/p>\n<p>1 = Bonnie Blairs (DC):\u00a0 Al Gore for the Six<\/p>\n<p>2 = Dan Taylors:\u00a0 Russian Deadlifts for the Six<\/p>\n<p>3 = WWIIs:\u00a0 Low Planks for the Six<\/p>\n<p>4 = Merkins:\u00a0 Pickle Pounders for the Six<\/p>\n<p>5 = Burpees:\u00a0 Triple Bears for the Six<\/p>\n<p>6 = Mike Tysons:\u00a0 Cheesesteak Penguin Crunches for the Six<\/p>\n<p>Scenarios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>White: 1 x Red: 1 = 1 Bonnie Blair + Run Up to Next Block<\/li>\n<li>White:\u00a0 2 x Red:\u00a0 6 = 12 Dan Taylors<\/li>\n<li>White: \u00a03 x Red: 3 = 9 WWIIs<\/li>\n<li>White: 4 x Red: 5 = 20 Merkins<\/li>\n<li>White:\u00a0 5 x Red: 2 = 10 Burpees<\/li>\n<li>White:\u00a0 6 x Red: 6 = 36 Mike Tysons + Run Back Down to Prior Block<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A roll of Snake Eyes (1 x 1) at Summit ends the game. \u00a0Continue until time is called.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>See Snake Eyes\u2019s post on Slack regarding the Smiley Sprint Triathlon in Clemmons on July 25, 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CoT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No prayer requests spoken, many prayers for one another needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Moleskin:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional effort from all in attendance! These guys were animals and had a positive disposition throughout.<\/li>\n<li>The temperature was not bad, but the wind, man. The hills definitely shielded us from the wind during the majority of the fun.<\/li>\n<li>We spent a lot of time at the bottom of Pilot View on West End and turned away several dog walkers who came upon a bunch of boys exercising in the gloom.<\/li>\n<li>Some rule changes will be necessitated prior to the next run of this workout. Only one pair of Snake Eyes was rolled, by Litter Box.\u00a0 Thus, as a group, we only made it up to Carolina.\u00a0 Upon arrival to Carolina, we asked LB to roll again, and he delivered\u202630 Mike Tysons.\n<ul>\n<li>For the future, Litter Box (I think) had the idea of duplicate rolls of 1, 2, or 3 on the white &amp; red dice enabling the group to move up a block, while duplicate rolls of 4, 5, or 6 pushes the group back down to the prior block. We\u2019ll go with that next time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Razzie arrived <u>ON TIME<\/u>, but he had not read the pre-blast. He was excited once he saw the weinke.<\/li>\n<li>A three-pack contingent of Razzie, BooBoo, and Litter Box rebelled at the outcome of the last roll of the dice of 25+ reps of Mike Tysons and <em>chose<\/em> to run to Summit instead.
