One of them suffered a minor tweak to his calf.\u00a0 The others\u2026I\u2019m really concerned about.<\/li>\n<li>Turnover called Plankjacks + Shoulder Taps legit.\u00a0 Which means that you can expect to see it at his next Q accompanied by a burpee.<\/li>\n<li>Burns was flying this morning and reenacted stealing home as a Davidson baseball player on the jailbreak. That\u2019s the fastest YHC has ever seen him run.<\/li>\n<li>Great to see Hazer this morning. Dude didn\u2019t miss a step.<\/li>\n<li>Bevo was stretching out post-workout. He must have enjoyed the Prom Dates a lot earlier in the workout.\u00a0\u00a0 Expect something <strong><em><u>completely<\/u><\/em><\/strong> different next week for his site-Q VQ.<\/li>\n<li>Cheesesteak was also flying and lapped YHC several times on the BLIMPS while doing extra exercises.<\/li>\n<li>Spicoli turns 48 tomorrow!
