The plan was coming together, a beatdown that would leave the arms completely smoked. Unfortunately, it was 26 degrees and all plans involved rocks&#8230; even with thick gloves that might be too much, and \u00a0YHC didn\u2019t want to be TOO cruel. Total reps were: 52 WWIIs, 52 Merkins, 84 squats, 84 burpees, 91 count of OH Press, and 182 curls and 1.8 miles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">#Kotters to Crash Test Dummy returning from a hiatus due to a neck injury and Covid precautions. Not a warm welcome back, but YHC was happy to see him.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Splash cleverly asked what\u2019s that place in Nebraska where they make great steaks &#8211; Omaha I answered, knowing he obviously wanted to stop with the burpees. The suggested change was to do 14\u2026 no dice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>After the last burpees of the first set were done, YHC happily declared \u201cGreat news! It\u2019s only 5:49!!\u201d That wasn\u2019t met with much joy and excitement, go figure?<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr Toot downsized his rock about 2\/3 of the way through our Curling Cusack set\u2026 I bet he\u2019s feeling it right now! YHC surely is after 182 curls with only some Cusack time for recovery. (Turnover loves that word.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speaking of TO, catch his burpee penalty video on Slack\u2026 he HCed and failed to post, and honored the burpee penalty, so all is forgiven! We take those HCs seriously, men! BTW, this is not meant to deter men from HCing, it\u2019s to keep us held accountable &#8211; which is what we are all about!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tweety Bird, if you are reading this, I meant to get you on Slack!
