Mary was a little different today. YHC felt that just sitting around in a circle doing situps would be lazy. So with 15 minutes to spare, YHC ended the Beatdown and told the pax to meet by the speaker for a Mary Dora.<\/p>\n

YHC communicated his reasoning for the beatdown – I was named Tigger because I am an Alabama grad and said Roll Tide too emphatically in my first F3 workout. The fine men at Mayhem that morning decided on Tigger, which is certainly better than War Eagle or Go Tigers (Thanks to the person that said, we want him to come back).<\/p>\n

Turnover and VG were so far ahead doing TO & VG things that YHC didn’t hear any chatter – Impressive work<\/p>\n
Dr. Toot & Drip continue to impress YHC & were not far behind TO & VG #respect #respectrespect. Seriously strong work<\/p>\n
Zima just had surgery on his knee and was out there killing it.<\/p>\n
