15 minutes of Tabata followed with such offerings as Merkins, Squats, Irkins, Dips, Stepups and LBCs.<\/p>\n

MC:\u00a0 Zuck buzzed into the lot at 5:31 but still caught the PAX; left his keys in the ignition (YHC thinks he turned the engine off).\u00a0 Mongoose complained that route was long at 3.11 miles.\u00a0 Closer made Mongoose run hard.\u00a0 Mutton did his own crunches at the end (you v. you).\u00a0 BT and JB have ageless legs.\u00a0 YHC hobbled along.<\/p>\n
