When Ziggy asked me to fill in at Parliament for this week’s workout, I figured I needed to have a Christmas theme and that we did-12 Days of Christmas complete with Country Christmas music.<\/p>\n
3 PAX were there for the start and the 4th, Bulldog, arrived on one rail of his sleigh slightly after the start of Warmarama. Being it is Christmas no penalty burpees were ordered.<\/p>\n

Lunge\/Squat walk to the Blocks-6 lunges and 6 squats until we were there.<\/p>\n
Select a block and head to the benches for the 12 Days. Do first exercise, then second back to first and so on just like the song.<\/p>\n
