So we all gathered on a fine Saturday morning like Purgatory usually does. \u00a0 The Q knew this site usually had good turnout so a plan was derived to accommodate social distancing, the only question was will it be understood by the rest of the pax.<\/p>\n
Warm A Rama happened…<\/p>\n

Then we all moseyed to the rock pile behind the school. Once we got back there, all nervously awaited what was going to come out of the Q\u2019s mouth about what size they needed. However, the Q stated that it was not about the size but rather that you have one side that was flat! \u00a0Immediately Splash objected to rock pushes and the Q gained immediate respect when he swore there would be no rock pushing! \u00a0Once everyone got there rocks, they looked ready to put in some work, however, the Q said it is now time to \u201ctest\u201d said rocks…which lead to some visual confusion. \u00a0The Q said \u201cget on your 6, and place your rock on your lap and get into a crab walk position.\u201d Take it from me, the MC was priceless but there was too much to retain about the rock either not fitting there or crushing what was there. \u00a0After everyone felt weird about their rock choices, we took the rocks back to the main parking lot. \u00a0The Q felt like there would be mutiny just for having the guys carry the rocks to the front of the school…boy were these wusses about to really complain.<\/p>\n
Once we got back to the front and sufficiently wasted enough of the time for this next part not to go 2 rounds (thank goodness) the Q s started to explain:<\/p>\n
Get into groups of 3<\/p>\n
Partner 1 will Run the entire lap of the parking lot (has to be over 400m)<\/p>\n
Partner 2 does AMRAP of 5 chest to ground WMDs and 5 Lt. Dan\u2019s (repeat till partner relieves you)<\/p>\n
Partner 3 Pregnant Crab Walks (crab walk with rock in lap)…this partner sets out on the same lap distance as the runners.<\/p>\n
Partner 1 runs around and completes the lap and relieves partner 2, then Partner 2 takes his rock and relieves Partner 3. Partner 3 takes his rock \u00a0back to the start and begins his lap. \u00a0(which later was Omaha-ed to leaving your rock) after P3 completes his lap, he relieves P1 and does AMRAP and P1 takes his rock to where P2 has PCWed and relieves him..and hopefully you get it (because NO ONE did at this AO). \u00a0The workout was complete once your group PCWed around the whole parking lot!<\/p>\n

– Best part of this whole thing was that no one knew who the flow actually went and every group seemed to be doing something different! \u00a0But the Q felt validated after Spam reassured him the instructions were delivered coherently. \u00a0Even the Q\u2019s teammate Boomerang thought about life decisions that led to this state of utter confusion.<\/p>\n

once done we took our rocks back and then moseyed back to the meeting place for EMOM (10 minutes total) of Mary. #NoRest<\/p>\n
