Tapped by the one and only The Singing Cowboy, esq. to lead the fine men of the Dashpax in the gloom, YHC went to work.\u00a0 Combining YHC’s keen musical tastes, love of word play, ability to use the google, and search through previous Q’s, a plan was hatched.<\/p>\n

It is Christmas season at our house, (notice the lack of assumption of what season it is at other pax houses, a byproduct of The Work convo’s and recognizing while Xmas might be the majority culture, it’s not everybody’s.\u00a0 If you want to be as enlightened as YHC, then you should join us Monday nights!)\u00a0 So, combining Carol of the Bells with Kettlebells seemed like a match made in heaven!\u00a0 And who doesn’t love both well known and not so well known Christmas tunes!<\/p>\n

Forecast called for a chilly morning, and YHC did not follow the #protip of keep your bells inside and not in your car.\u00a0 #intstantnumbness<\/p>\n

Searching through my Q archives, found a BnW Q from 2 years ago that seemed just about right.\u00a0 Except that version was pre-Covid and had an exercise that would violate CDC and Nantan guidelines.\u00a0 So, a quick search of the mothership website and presto, evidently Dora likes to dance!<\/p>\n

Pax began rolling in, eschewing the #fartsack, even heard Manscape shout “We own the gloom!!” in a deeply disturbing guttural voice as he got out of his car.<\/p>\n

With tunes rolling, because pax deserve some walk up music, 0530 struck so we got started!<\/p>\n

Did a mosey with stops for the usual exercises about every 10 yards or so.<\/p>\n
