Make plans to be there and celebrate the HIM who has contributed to F3 growth &amp; fellowship in multiple regions and to the general quality of life of so many in Winston-Salem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>CoT:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prayers for $5 Footlong\u2019s scan tomorrow (Wednesday).<\/li>\n<li>Healing for Zima\u2019s knee.<\/li>\n<li>Spam\u2019s father and their family<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>YHC took us out.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>NMM:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The workout is dubbed #TheValdez because it is his go to routine at Redline. In discussing it with Winklevoss, Balco, and Plunger, however, YHC came to learn that it was first introduced by The Pony Express, stolen by Winklevoss, and then made famous by Valdez.\u00a0 So, The Pony Express is The Who, Winklevoss is Bachman-Turner Overdrive, Valdez is Coldplay, and YHC is the unknown thief playing covers in the local bar.<\/li>\n<li>There was some confusion at the beginning (for some) as to who the Q was; Suede was convinced it was his turn. After paper, rock, scissors, YHC retained today\u2019s honors; Suede is locked in for 12\/22.\u00a0 You should come.<\/li>\n<li>Palin doesn\u2019t like walking when it\u2019s cooler than 30 degrees. Not sure who told him it was okay to walk.<\/li>\n<li>The pax stayed remarkably close, but not too close, this morning. The H.O.G., Chomper, Bevo, and Palin were the fastholes this morning.\u00a0 Good to see Bevo\u2019s back holding up well.\u00a0 He also stated that he was there to continue learning what an appropriate Redline workout looked like.<\/li>\n<li>Everyone got through 2.75 cycles, with a few completing three. With the lap around the park, I had a total of 5.1 miles and 450 feet of elevation gain, which seems \u201cadequate\u201d, to plagiarize Palin.<\/li>\n<li>If you are reading this and you haven\u2019t posted to Redline ever or in a long time, you should come and then you should talk to Resistor about Qing.
