{"id":13854,"date":"2020-11-18T23:44:35","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T03:44:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=13854"},"modified":"2020-11-18T23:45:21","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T03:45:21","slug":"dairy-queen-has-soft-serve-and-pickle-pounders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2020\/11\/dairy-queen-has-soft-serve-and-pickle-pounders\/","title":{"rendered":"Dairy Queen has Soft Serve and Pickle Pounders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We gathered and we dominated!<\/p>\n<p>Started with Warm-a-rama, which the Q showed up right at 5:30 and asked for Huck to lead some SSHs while the Q did 5 penalty burpees.<\/p>\n<p>The Q was also reminded for the umpteenth time about how there was no running allowed a this AO, so the Q made ever mosey 100 yards, waited till everyone got there&#8230;them made them mosey back.\u00a0 That was our running portion.<\/p>\n<p>We gathered in a circle and we proceeded to do EMOM abdominal for 11 minutes.\u00a0 Once those antics were through, we walked over to the picnic tables and worked on the triceps and shoulders.\u00a0 We did Dips, Ranger Merkins and 1-arm Erkins&#8230;Les Miserables.<\/p>\n<p>Once we were good and wiped on the arms, we moved back to the parking lot for 11 more minutes of some abdominal exercises.\u00a0 Of these exercises, we did some of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planks, Pickle Pounders, LBCs, WW2s, Super Mans and Alabama Prom Dates\/Wilt Chamberlins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Music choices were Hip\/Hop (not censored on school premise)\u00a0 Harden approved&#8230;except when I ended Biggie&#8217;s Big Papa early.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MC- TOO MUCH TO LIST ALL, but the two most memorable (encourage other PAX to chime in with what they remember) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outkast comes on and Boomerang says &#8220;Oooo Fergie.&#8221;\u00a0 The next few minutes were trying to explain Black Eyed Peas did not sing Hey Ya.<\/li>\n<li>The Q tried explaining the confusion revolving around No Running at Parliament, and brought up how the first time he came, DQ AKA Dairy Queen \ud83d\ude42 made us sprint pushing a grocery cart filled with cinder blocks.\u00a0 (The Q is aware it is Drama Queen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We gathered and we dominated!
