It has been a year since my last Q at Mayhem.\u00a0 YHC was banned due to having pax push rocks up a hill.\u00a0 my sentence ended and Turnover allowed yhc to Q again today.\u00a0 Therefore I went into this Q with the same mentality as I did last year – push them to the limits.<\/p>\n
there was a promise of rain and when we gathered outside our cars at 528, it was raining. multiple attempts to get YHC to move to the well maintained shelter were made, but ignored.\u00a0 0530, YHC reminded pax of the mission of F3 and recited one core principal – outside, rain or shine.<\/p>\n
warm o rama – SSH, IW, Abe V all IC.\u00a0 due to MC, that was all the warm up offered.\u00a0 Mosey around back of Meadowlark elementary to the top of the paved path of the extremely steep hill that leads to the track\/field.<\/p>\n
the workout was simple, run a mile with a few “speed bumps”.\u00a0 at each bench (there are 4 around the track) stop for 5 burpee box jumps onto the bench, 10 merkins, 15 squats.\u00a0 when you reach steep paved path up the hill off the track, crawl bear up the hill to the top for 10 rocking chair lunges each leg.\u00a0 then back to the track.\u00a0 Goal was 4 laps = one mile.\u00a0 we did not make it.<\/p>\n
612 – mosey back to start.\u00a0 616 make it to start.<\/p>\n
announcements – the first announcement came from Turnover – yhc has been banned for another year.\u00a0 starting in Jan, we will merge Estate and Outhouse- workout will meet at Sherwood Forest elementary.<\/p>\n

lots of hate sent YHCs way this morning.\u00a0 I was aware that the field was easily flooded and new that we would be getting our shoes wet, but the ankle deep mud was not expected. but there was no Omaha.<\/p>\n
VG had a friend stay over at his house last night, but VG could not get him up this morning for the workout<\/p>\n
the crawl bears were miserable – Turnover called an Omaha, this was overruled by the Q<\/p>\n
Greenspan reiterated that he hated me for 45 mins today.\u00a0 I was pleased to know that i was forgiven by minute 46.\u00a0 he then changed his mind and extended the hate.<\/p>\n
we did Omaha the burpee box jumps to just burpees due to the wet benches and ankle deep mud<\/p>\n
Zima is injured but never stopped.\u00a0 Heck of a push out there this morning.<\/p>\n
Splash conquered the crawl bears – not happy about it, but crushed it.<\/p>\n
Snake eyes was just snake eyes – trying to talk golf without any breathing difficulty meanwhile we all just sucked wind and nodded heads.<\/p>\n
when we returned to the parking lot at 616 there was some push back about being late.\u00a0 I simply reminded them that they could have run faster.<\/p>\n
YHC is honored to lead these men and i am constantly amazed at the first and second F they have.\u00a0 I have a year to plan my next mayhem Q……..maybe take the rocks to the track????<\/p>\n
