{"id":13742,"date":"2020-11-09T10:05:33","date_gmt":"2020-11-09T14:05:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=13742"},"modified":"2020-11-09T10:05:33","modified_gmt":"2020-11-09T14:05:33","slug":"pax-with-names-that-begin-with-the-letter-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2020\/11\/pax-with-names-that-begin-with-the-letter-s\/","title":{"rendered":"PAX with names that begin with the letter &#8220;S&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Typing this backblast, YHC noticed there were quite a few PAX whose names start with the letter &#8220;S&#8221;.\u00a0 7 of 9 if you allow me to count Singing Cowboy.\u00a0 Cool observation, or not.\u00a0 Anyway, here is what happened at #VillageIdiocy this morning.<\/p>\n<p>Warm-O-Rama (not necessarily in order listed below):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH x 15 IC<\/li>\n<li>Abe Vigoda x 15 IC<\/li>\n<li>Arm Swirlies FWD x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Arm Swirlies BKWD x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Hillbillies x 15 IC<\/li>\n<li>Seal Claps x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Overhead Claps x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Standing hamstring stretch R0L x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Standing hamstring stretch LoR x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Seated hamstring stretch to L side x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Seated hamstring stretch to R side x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Repeat-O on the seated hamstring stretch both sides<\/li>\n<li>Bent Leg Body Twist x 15 IC<\/li>\n<li>Back Stretch x 20 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to upper parking lot for #DORA 1-2-3<\/p>\n<p>We had 9 PAX so we paired up in groups of 3.\u00a0 1 PAX did AMRAP of the exercise while 2 ran across the parking lot.\u00a0 2 PAX took over doing AMRAP of the exercise while solo PAX ran.\u00a0 Repeat-O until 1oo, 200 and 300 reps of the exercises were complete.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 Merkins<\/li>\n<li>200 LBCs<\/li>\n<li>300 Squats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There was still plenty of time so we did another round of Half Dora while also having 1 PAX from group 1 rotate to group 2, 1 PAX from group 2 rotating to group 3 and 1 PAX from group 3 rotating to group 1.\u00a0 \u00a0Run this same as before but only doing 75, 100 and 150 reps of each exercise.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75 Carolina Dry Docks<\/li>\n<li>100 Gas Pumps<\/li>\n<li>150 Monkey Humpers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>10 second count called by the Q then we lunged walked to the stop sign leading to the main parking lot.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carioca to first set of trees (watch out for cars backing out)<\/li>\n<li>Carioca facing opposite direction to second set of trees (watch out for incoming cars)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to parking spaces at far end of building and line up for suicides.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 rounds of suicides being careful not to slip on the leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>MARY:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gas Pump RoL x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Gas Pump LoR x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Merkins x 5 OYO<\/li>\n<li>LBCs x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Merkins x 5 OYO<\/li>\n<li>Freddie Merc&#8217;s x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Merkins x 5 OYO<\/li>\n<li>Rosalita&#8217;s x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Merkins x 5 OYO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FIN<\/p>\n<p>Announcements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cobra, the original OG, has the Q at #BnW this Wednesday.\u00a0 New location, same old Cobra beatdown!<\/li>\n<li>A big welcome to #Showboat visiting from @F3ENC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prayer Requests:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Singing Cowboy&#8217;s BiL who wrecked his moped over the weekend<\/li>\n<li>The World and our Nation<\/li>\n<li>Sgt.
