Super simple WOD…at the rounded \u201ccorners\u201d of the track, the PAX will trick or treat! \u00a0All in a counter-clockwise circuit, perform 10 of each exercise corner and increase by 10 on each lap. \u00a0The work outs are as follows:<\/p>\n
– Squats<\/p>\n
– Merkins<\/p>\n
– WW2\u2019s<\/p>\n
– Bonnie Blair\u2019s (chosen by the Site Q)<\/p>\n
before getting back to Squats, PAX who did not dress up must complete 3 burpees.<\/p>\n

As we made it through 5 laps, the Q added a few \u201ctricks\u201d to a few of the movements….(i.e. squats with hand on the ground, and hand release Merkins).<\/p>\n
