7 pax gathered at The Distillery for some promised coffee.\u00a0 I read last weeks Distillery backblast and saw that after warm o rama, the pax decided to ditch the workout and have some coffee.\u00a0 after seeing the weather (pouring rain), i elected to bring coffee back to the distillery again this week.\u00a0 only my coffee was not a drink………..<\/p>\n

before coffee, we need to grind the beans.\u00a0 Grinder with BEar crawls as transportation.\u00a0 Alternating lunges, and Nolan Ryans.\u00a0 2 complete rounds.<\/p>\n
now that we have grinds, time for coffee (using coupons) all IC to yhc’s max reps\/time<\/p>\n
