We started the morning off with some slow stretching to make sure we all were ready to shake our groove thangs.<\/p>\n
We mosied around to the pile o\u2019 rocks and the instruction was to pick 2 per Pax and size should be comfortable where you can hold both rocks in front of you with extended arms.<\/p>\n
Then the music started!!!!<\/p>\n
The Pax did not see what came at them. The theme of the workout was doing the good ole famous dad dances often seen at weddings. \u00a0We started with the Macarena which proved that there were some good laughs ahead. \u00a0As we stood in a circle, this classic got us warmed up for what was to follow. \u00a0We then flowed right into the shopping cart which proved to be WAY tougher than we all expected.<\/p>\n
