by another twitter correspondence with Sourmash, I had set out a plan to do no burpees contingent upon everyone having already voted.\u00a0 The beatdown had a potential of being entirely burpee free as YHC did his civic duty on Saturday.\u00a0 The future, unknowingly to the Pax, rested upon their shoulders.\u00a0 The rule, we all do ten burpees for each Pax that has yet to vote.\u00a0 (of course this was not mentioned until after YHC surveyed which Pax indeed had already cast their ballot)\u00a0 As it turned out, we, oh fortunate to the burpee gods, had 5 uncasted Pax!\u00a0 Here&#8217;s how things went down:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-o-rama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH x 50 ic<\/li>\n<li>Some cripplingly complicated, contorting, and compromising Broga<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Thang:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pax all grab a cinder block from pile and assumed starting positions at first parking space.<\/li>\n<li>Right off the gate we took care of the voting contingency by pushing the block from a bear crawl 5 parking spaces at which point we were to do 10 burpees.\u00a0 This continued until all Pax had completed all 50 to satisfy contingency.<\/li>\n<li>Those Pax that finished early (YHC included) picked up the six with bonus burpees until all completed their 50.<\/li>\n<li>After burpees were completed, all Pax pushed their block back to the starting line while doing a bear crawl.<\/li>\n<li>From here we proceeded across the entire parking lot until we reached the wall.\u00a0 Method of travel was lung walk while doing simultaneous block curls.<\/li>\n<li>At the wall we did people&#8217;s chair until 6 arrived.<\/li>\n<li>Next on the menu, Balls to the Wall while pushing the block underneath from one end to the other.<\/li>\n<li>YHC announced to end Pax to now send it back the same way.\u00a0 This was misinterpreted by Harden who volunteered to carry it back instead.\u00a0 Pax seemed to rejoice in his misunderstanding.<\/li>\n<li>Returned to people&#8217;s chair to do 10 slow wonder bras in cadence.<\/li>\n<li>Next Pax returned the blocks to their pile, mode of travel was skull crusher walk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mary<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>American Hammer x 50 ic<\/li>\n<li>Low Flutter x 50 Queen&#8217;s son&#8217;s Covid test results.<\/li>\n<li>Prayers for YHC&#8217;s family grieving the sudden death of our beloved dog of 8 years.<\/li>\n<li>YHC took us out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks,
