YHC shared some words of encouragement with the PAX regarding the power and authority bestowed on us by the Sky Q to lead inside and outside of our homes.<\/p>\n
YHC took us out thanking Him for our blessings, asking for healing, comfort, and provision, and asking to be kept mindful of how He has called and enabled us to lead.<\/p>\n

Before we launched, Huck was lamenting the fact that he had found his way to the AO this morning.\u00a0 High praise from the “Let’s push these rocks up this huge ass hill” guy.<\/p>\n
Great to see Truck Stop again.\u00a0 He is a DTWS beatdown regular, and YHC hasn’t been as frequent lately. Another master of feigning exhaustion while absolutely dominating a beat down.<\/p>\n
Cherry Pie, trying to attract attention to himself as usual, rolled into the parking lot at 0532 just so he could get the grand entrance and adoration from the gathered PAX that he deserves. However, he quickly caught up to all of us with his 20 OYO burpees. #Beast YHC was actually relieved to see him pull up as just about all of the work that was planned was partner work. Yay even numbers!<\/p>\n
YHC didn’t see much of Cheesesteak this morning, mostly because he was at the front of the pack all morning and I was sucking wind, but what I did see of him, he was completely in his element: modifying every exercise called. More seriously, I know he’s been battling some injuries, and from the sound of it, they are improving. Which is good news. But bad news for all of us that he smokes on a regular basis even when he’s not 100%.<\/p>\n
Dr. Toot provided some fantastic partner work for YHC this morning.\u00a0 Always pushing himself. Always busting out every last rep. A HIM’s HIM. He also provided some good resistance training for YHC by pulling on my shirt to slow me down as the Q-drenaline was flowing through me early on this morning. *Announcer’s Voice: The Q-drenaline was NOT flowing through him at the end*<\/p>\n
