Seven pax gathered in the gloom for some fitness, faith, and fellowship this morning. YHC was searching for a new workout routine but failed miserably. He did see a pattern in the date though…and since some Q\u2019s like to do 5 reps, some 10 reps, and some 20 reps of exercises, YHC realize he could please everyone and do them all! \u00a0After all, YHC is a people-pleaser! \u00a0So we first recited Mission and CP, then warm-a-rama\u2019d: \u00a0SSH, Abe Vigoda, Whirly + clap, Storm Troopers, Arm swirlies forward and back, squats, and Merkins. 15-20 each, all IC. Then to the picnic table benches for The Thang: \u00a0started with 10 reps IC of each (step-ups OYO): step-ups, dips, CH squats, wide merkins, howling monkeys (each man 10 MH), derkins, LBC\u2019s, and low flutter. Then proceeded to do same sequence but with 5 reps for each exercise. The Pax noticed the pattern and there may have been a small amount of MC. Then on to the 20 rep sequence for all exercises, including 20 monkey jumpers for each member of Pax, so there was indeed some Howling Monkeys, including YHC.
\nThen a short mosey to tennis courts for a Wall Ball Crawl: Pax on hands vertical against the fence, walk on hands for 2 fence posts. Then Mutton crunches, 15 IC each side, then a few more Merkins, 15 (or 20?) IC.
\nTime for Mary: Low Dolly IC x 20, Freddie Mercury IC x 20, Penguin crunch IC x 20, then Plank with 3 Merkins every 30 seconds for about 2 minutes. DONE.<\/p>\n

prayers offered by Greenspan for families affected by death of loved ones, in particular Goofy\u2019s family and of F3 SC pax and police officer killed in the line of duty, for continued guidance, health, and wisdom as we go out into the world.
