Sprint up to Jersey , rest for 20 sec, sprint up to the top (Summit), mosey on down.<\/p>\n<p>Repeto 4X<\/p>\n<p>To the track cause we felt the need for speed ( Chomper did ). Run hard for \u00a0350, sprint 50, walk 100. Repeat until 0615.<\/p>\n<p>Great crowd this morning !<\/p>\n<p>I was starving for Oxygen so I rerouted most of my blood flow to more vital parts of my body. As such I did not hear much &#8220;conversation&#8221; from the pax. I am certain however that many world problems were solved and deep philosophical debates took place.<\/p>\n<p>Great to see an F3 old-timer again this morning.
