Today YHC decided to take on the Presidential Candidates and Himself in the good Ole Fashion physical fitness challenge. YHC is certain that we all had to at one point go through the Physical Fitness challenge in high school. The Q was not really that good or in shape to score very well at all in it. Every time that the season of fitness came YHC knew it was participation ribbon time. So after seeing an ad to bring it back to schools. YHC looked up some information to see what a HS Senior needed to do to get an excellent ribbon.
