9 Brave pax braved the humidity for a sweaty work out that went a little like this:<\/p>\n
Warm-a-rama – quick lap around the track to get loose.<\/p>\n

The Thang:
\nThe pax, knowing the Q’s affinity for the Intimidator, was not surprised as we made our way to the main entrance of Hanes Park.\u00a0 However, instead if the usual burpee filled backward run to the top, I had something different in mind.\u00a0 Inspired by an old workout lead by Goofy on the track over a year ago, the Pax was instructed on a course of action called the Magnificent 7.\u00a0 At the bottom of the hill, the Pax executed the following exercises 7 times: Carolina DD, Monkey Humpers, Pickle Pounders, Mutton Crunch, Squats, Bobby Hurleys and Juanitas.<\/p>\n
The first to finish would begin a backward run up the hill, the next to finish would sprint to the first and begin a backward run and so on.\u00a0 This kept the Pax somewhat together. 7 trips up and approximately 25 minutes later, we headed to the playground for 4 rounds of dips x 10 followed by Derkins x 10, left leg step up x 10, Erkins x 10, and finally left leg step ups x 10.<\/p>\n
That left 5 minutes for Mary.<\/p>\n
Not a whole lot of mumble chatter.\u00a0 Not sure if we were out of breath or just bored.\u00a0 All were exhausted at the end.<\/p>\n
