Five PAX gathered in the gloom and humidity for a redline suckfest. It’s been over a year since I’ve been to redline line and I’m not sure that I missed it. The site Q overslept, but still made it out for a solo workout and timed it right to join us for COT.<\/p>\n

Warm up mosey around Hanes Park to Runneymede.<\/p>\n
We ran up Runneymede against the clock in 30, 60 and 90 second intervals with a walking\/slow mosey down the hill.<\/p>\n
First three intervals at 60%<\/p>\n
Second three intervals at 80%<\/p>\n
Bonus 45 seconds at 90% and 100%<\/p>\n
Mosey back to Hanes Park through the RJR tunnel and our feet touched the track.<\/p>\n

Double Wide helped push me to push harder up the hill.<\/p>\n
Manscape was consistently awesome!\u00a0 But I didn’t appreciate all the yelling at the Q.<\/p>\n
