thang – mosey together around the building to the steep parking lot behind pure bare.\u00a0 as we arrive at the base of the parking lot, there are a pile of bricks.\u00a0 “pax, everyone pick up 2 bricks.\u00a0 these are going to be your friends for the morning”.<\/p>\n
we did 11’s.<\/p>\n
Round 1 – bottom of the parking lot – one Heels to heaven with bricks.\u00a0 Crawl bear (yes, crawl bear uphill with bricks) with your bricks half way up the parking lot – 10 merkins on your bricks.\u00a0 run back to bottom.\u00a0 repeat till 10 reps at bottom and 1 rep at top.<\/p>\n
Round 2 – one low dolly – run backwards uphill with bricks to the top of the parking lot – 10 squats – run to bottom.\u00a0 repeat till completed.\u00a0 take your friends with you<\/p>\n
Round 3 – WWII at bottom – sprint to the circle at the very top – burpees – sprint back to bottom – repeat.\u00a0 take your friends with you..<\/p>\n

YHC got there early and did the crawl bear to see how far to push the pax.\u00a0 Not going to lie, by round 2 I wish it was shorter.\u00a0 shoulders were spent,<\/p>\n
Palin got tired on one side during the crawl bears – he realized this when he almost completed a circle and hadnt gone anywhere.<\/p>\n
We did not finish the rounds of squats or burpees – needed an hour.\u00a0 i had more planned – saved for next time (HOG i need another date!).<\/p>\n
