With the complicated Sasquatch coming up, YHC wanted to keep it simple for this one\u2026 doesn\u2019t mean it wouldn\u2019t suck though! Two PAX were there stretching, the crew grew to 5 as 0530 rolled around when a car rolled up at 0531\u2026. it was an FNG! He was dubbed @Biff after the PAX learned of his love for wine, which has antioxidants and Tannins, which sound like Biff \u201cTannen\u201d (from BTTF pop culture connection) and thus a name was born. Other suggestions included Tardy Bell since he was late to his first attempt to make CFT and missed the PAX, and Merlot since he doesn\u2019t like Merlot (like Paul Giomatti from Sideways).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prayers for 60 Minutes friends who are having marital struggles due to isolation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prayers for Fenders injured wrist which he needs healed to play guitar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YHC took us out giving thanks for our newer guys and ask their excitement continue and they help us reach more guys who need F3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Sasquatch this weekend!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>NMM<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solid group at the Distillery this morning, kept pushing forward all morning through the thick humid, air.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@SnakeEyes brought his monster speaker, which YHC didn\u2019t use because the PAX need to focus on this pain.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good to see @Harden out on a Thursday, but still no @SourMash!?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@Biff showed a lot of grit, doing all kinds of stuff that was new, #Kobains for making you do Man Makers and Block Crawls in your first outing. Good thing @60Minutes was there to present a happy face.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@SnakeEyes was flying along so YHC gave him some modifications to slow him down, loving the energy! He is quite the regular now!!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second workout this week with @DrHump and YHC learned about the name today. Totally makes sense how the name came up.
