Unfortunately, YHC came up with a plan that didn\u2019t really explore much territory, but am hopefully he\u2019ll return again soon! All distaste for the workout provided can be aimed solely at @FiveDollarFootlong for accepting YHCs answer to Q, the PAX should know that the less time YHC has to plan a beatdown, the worse it usually is. (Insert *Maniacal Laugh* here.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sign that we were in for some fun was a huge yellow tractor trailer in the back of our parking lot, proposed as a potential FNG name, YHC briefly explained how the PAX loved Twitter and the near riot that occurred at the thought of F3WS using anything else. YHC still thinks that Twitter is not a good communication platform for our group and that too much information gets lost between the PAX. YHC also still thinks that Slack is 100% the tool we should be using to communicate workout info, MC, and regular banter\u2026 but heyyyy, it is very well possible that I could be wrong, along the many other F3 regions and F3Nation HQ who also use Slack? If interested in Slack, f3winstonsalem.slack.com is still operational, and still receives alerts from BB posts automatically as they occur. Newer PAX can get signed up just by reaching out to YHC. (@Turnover, is that a good enough amount of the BB for the Slack rant you requested?)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@Turnover was not pleased with the burp-up call but destroyed them nonetheless. He even had enough gas in the tank to kick it up into high gear for the fast mosey down the parking deck where he left us all in the dust.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Great to have @SnakeEyes out for his first #Flatline. He gave a great VQ at #VI and YHC hopes to have returned the favor with this beatdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Been great to see @Bueller out in the Gloom more often lately! Dude is a beast and always has some dry humor remark up his sleeve.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@RootCanal, our resident #WarDaddy this morning was keeping up with YHC every bit of the way. The man has come back 100% as strong from his injury, and it is very admirable to see! #Respect<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@Spicoli\u2019s elbow is getting back to normal. The man modified our pull-ups by only using 3 fingers to avoid any pain or reinjury\u2026 innnnsane. Been nice to see him more often out in the gloom as well, YHC always appreciates his wisdom and POV on worldly things.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@CherryPie kept someone silent, likely because he had nothing nice to say to YHC.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@FiveDollarFootlong is managing his pain well, and beasting through all workouts. Not to mention, the dude will make any PAX feel welcome at a workout, something YHC is trying to do better at.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>It was brought to YHCs attention later in the day that the #Redliners made their way all the way to our AOs launch point, and YHC didn&#8217;t have a clue. @Turnover evidently hollered some unkind words at them, but had YHC known, surely there would have been a Rumble a la West Side Story. #QFail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks for the opportunity to lead $5, it\u2019s always an honor to be out amongst such fine men!
