F3 ENC put out a call<\/a> for the men of F3Nation to rise up to the challenge to their annual Sasquatch challenge. It’s a partner event, run or ruck style that consists of 5 workouts and 5 run\/rucks for 10+ miles<\/a>. I’d say it fits the definition of CSAUP!! So, keeping in line with YHC’s attempts to provide a weekly CSAUP workout, why not see which PAX are up for the challenge and do it on 06\/25 @ 0630 from #Mayhem<\/strong>!?<\/p>\n A signup sheet has been made. You can put your name down solo with preferred style (run\/ruck) and let someone choose to partner with you, or plan out your partner ahead of time…. the spreadsheet also contains important information for the event (which can be found throughout this pre-blast).<\/p>\n https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/14JvqsBp4_tdgSVQRas6g2rrbirhAShC1FEY-KxlkTFY\/edit?usp=sharing<\/a><\/p>\n Once your team is figured out, you’ll need to officially signup by putting yourself on THIS list<\/a> and sending $10 to F3ENC<\/a> (you’ll also receive a patch). There is a “contest” to see which region gets the most PAX to signup and complete it, and your team’s complete time is to be submitted. PAX can buy Sasquatch gear<\/a> through 06\/10. Despite a competitive aspect, due to heat and amount of work, I would encourage teams to work at a safe pace and enjoy the #2ndF. YHC can setup the lines required for the event at the #SpeakEasy (behind Zima’s house).
