When the Godfather of TRQ calls, you pick up.\u00a0 “Why this honor?”\u00a0 “What could I have done wrong?” “Do we need to move again?” were all the questions that ran through YHC’s head while knocking over small animals and children to get to the phone before it went to voicemail.<\/p>\n
YHC stammered through some words as Goofy’s driver handed the phone to the Man.\u00a0 “Yes sir?” YHC got out, voice squeaking, nervously gripping my phone.\u00a0 There was a long pause and then soft spoken but resolute voice came through, “I need you to do me a favor.”\u00a0 Of course the answer was yes, but YHC was already going through the mental list of things needed for the usual favors: plastic wrap, cinder blocks, horse heads, etc.\u00a0 Crap! I exclaimed silently.\u00a0 YHC is out of horse heads, why am I out?\u00a0 How am I going to find one at this time of night?!?! Why didn’t YHC buy the extra large freezer when it was on sale!?!?<\/p>\n
As my mind was racing, I almost missed the request, “I need you to Q TRQ for me tomorrow.\u00a0 Can you do this for me?”<\/p>\n
Letting out a huge sigh, in between tears of joy and heart palpitations, YHC replied, “Of course godfather, I can do this for you.”<\/p>\n
No other words were spoken or needed.\u00a0 As the phone went silent, YHC got to work.\u00a0 Of course “work” means recycling a TRQ workout from years past, and YHC found the “perfect” one!<\/p>\n
On 11\/2\/17 YHC Q’d at TRQ, which was 138 weeks after my first Q at TRQ – roughly 1\/8\/15.\u00a0 So, to honor my Q that was 138 weeks after my first Q at TRQ, YHC decided to recycle some quality station work for the pax!<\/p>\n
