seemed to YHC to be the perfect metaphor for the current state of our great nation.\u00a0 In light of this, YHC felt the call to reflect upon said metaphor by taking a painful and difficult journey to nowhere.\u00a0 This is the testament of our society right now, and, as F3 men, we choose not to be stagnant in the turbulent waters, but instead move through them no matter how painful and difficult the journey.\u00a0 Moving toward the greater good means to also recognize its alternative.\u00a0 It&#8217;s not about making the goal at the end of the journey.\u00a0 We show up and do the difficult work and conquer something within ourselves.\u00a0 Whether we fail or succeed doesn&#8217;t matter.\u00a0 The death of self.\u00a0 How will you die today so that you may truly live?\u00a0 Answer that and you make progress and the world is better for it.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s make this world better.\u00a0 Be better!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm o Rama<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arm swirlies both ways ic x 20<\/li>\n<li>Sun Salutations with generous helpings of warrior poses and plank variations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Beatdown<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grab Rock and begin at parking lot<\/li>\n<li>Jump over said rock with high knees followed by hand release burpee<\/li>\n<li>Do this 10 times<\/li>\n<li>Once completed, launch rock as far as possible and bear crawl to its destination<\/li>\n<li>Repeat entire sequence until the top of the hill is reach on the &#8220;road to nowhere.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Since most pax weren&#8217;t even halfway to the target, with 5 minutes left, we dropped the burpees and continued the journey by launching the rocks and travelling by bear crawl.<\/li>\n<li>Still, target was not reached even with some modification and best efforts.\u00a0 With 2 minutes remaining, Pax turned around and carried their rocks back to the pile in what ever fashion they desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CoT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Look to Woebegon for zoom link details for 5:30 virtual meet-up.<\/li>\n<li>Zima mentioned Bear Race at Grandfather Mountain was cancelled and is planning a replacement to mourn the loss.\u00a0 He said to pay attention to the &#8220;stupid Millennial&#8221;
