All F3 regulars and one almost FNG named Greg. There was your typical, upbeat and sarcastic, exchanges between PAX and then we managed to talk a passerby into sticking around for a bit. After a little coaxing he finally agreed to stick around through our warm-up and then maybe join us. If nobody else, YHC wanted Greg to stick around. Coming off a self-defined &#8220;Rusty Q&#8221; at Mayhem there was a determination to get it right at the MotherShip. The clock hit 0700 and we immediately got after it.<\/p>\n<p>Since we had Greg, the mission statement was recited and the core principals delivered in order.<\/p>\n<p>WARMUP<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH x 20 IC<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Walker x 15 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It was after the second Warmup exercise that we lost Greg. He said, &#8220;I will just power walk for 30 minutes&#8221;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arm Swirly x 10 IC -Front and Back<\/li>\n<li>Whirley has the Clap x 10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Burpees x 10 OYO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Thang<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the Reynolds Auditorium and found some cardboard<\/p>\n<p>The PAX ran laps around the auditorium.Every lap the PAX stopped to complete:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Plank Rotations<\/li>\n<li>Carolina Dry Docks<\/li>\n<li>Tuck Jumps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Starting at 5 and laddering up by 5 until we hit 20 and then back down (5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5). Yes, that is 7 laps.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the picnic tables at Reynolds High for six layers of dips (yeah, YHC forgot one). 10x all exercises<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Box Jumps<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Mike Tysons<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Derkins<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Irkins<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Step Ups<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Burpees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey back to the track and take a lap<\/p>\n<p>Stop at the Tennis Shelter for seven layers of dips (got it this time). 10x all exercises<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Box Jumps<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Mike Tysons<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Derkins<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Irkins<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Step Ups<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Bonnie Blairs (Somebody may have jumped but YHC didn`t see it)<\/li>\n<li>Dips &#8211; Burpees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Take a lap around the track<\/p>\n<p>Mosey back to parking lot for Mary<\/p>\n<p>MARY<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LBCs x 20 IC<\/li>\n<li>Heels to Heaven (Zima Style) x 20 IC<\/li>\n<li>Cumberland County Viaduct x 10 IC (Both Sides)<\/li>\n<li>American Hammer x 15 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At this point the Q was gassed and called on the PAX for a little help<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elbow Plank with a hip rotation (Cheesesteak)<\/li>\n<li>The Thistle (Dr. Toot)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One minute left and YHC called SSH to time<\/p>\n<p>FINISHED<\/p>\n<p>ANNOUNCEMENTS<\/p>\n<p>Schmedfest in August, private label bourbon floating around<\/p>\n<p>PRAYERS<\/p>\n<p>Prayers for dads everywhere, Prayers for a hurting nation, all of the unspoken prayers<\/p>\n<p>YHC took us out.<\/p>\n<p>The grit shown by this group was real. This beatdown was thorough and taxing from start to finish. If anyone needed proof it was delivered as Palin wrung a quart of sweat out of his shirt. The MC was on point the whole beatdown and no PAX was silent. The PAX never stopped and there was practically no six to pickup.
