The Thang
\n3 groups split at various points on the track with stations: Merkins (modify as necesary), Mt Climbers, and Squats. First group dropped off to start squats, ran to second point on track to drop second group off for merkins, last group progressed to third station. Once last group arrived at third station, first group progressed to second station relieving them so they could advance to thirs station and third could advance to first station. Completed this cycle teice with 2 full laps around the track in about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
Next, we took advantage of the tractor tires in the soccer field. Partnered up with proper distance of course. 1st partner completes mode of transport down the field and back while other partner flips tire down field, hits tire with sledge hammer or utilizes the ropes (Modify as necesary). <\/p>\n
After about 3 rounds of this the group was sufficiently tired and worked back up to the lot for some Mary.<\/p>\n

\nSassy has 2 friends in need of prayers. 1 doagnosed with Leukemia recebtly at age 34 and another who was recently in a pretty bad car accident.
