What do you do when you are the RNG site Q and you find there is a hole in the Q calendar? Well YHC was posed this this issue and decided to create a route that started from the closest school parking lot. SELFISH! Four PAX launched from Speas for a run down Polo Road towards Robinhood Road. We turned left on Robinhood, then turned left on Petree and then turned right back on Polo. Simple route and we covered 3.2 miles.<\/p>\n
After the run we spread out at least 6 feet apart and began 3 rounds of Tabata. 20 secs on 10 secs off<\/p>\n
