It appears that despite much of #WeFoCo fartsacking this morning, VI was crowned the winner in most PAX as 5 posted to a recycled and socially distance-approved workout that hurts whether in “normal” or COVID-19 times. On what is going to be the nicest morning we’ll have most likely for weeks to come, it felt good to move around and here’s how it went!<\/p>\n
Warm-o-Rama<\/strong> The Thang<\/strong> With a walker on the track, we reversed to minimize closeness and repeated everything x2<\/p>\n Since there are only 5 of us, we decided to go to the shelter and spread out to our own tables: Mary<\/strong> Announcements\/Prayer Requests<\/strong> There was talk of a Memorial Day convergence amongst the PAX, but then that sounded silly in these times, but then Greenspan and H.O.G. seem to be doing something with the Down East groups…yet to be determined if the #WeFoCo faithful will join in with that as of yet. No Q on the calendar for next week, so it’s a possibility.<\/p>\n If I recall correctly, Starfish’s son is graduating today from Wake Forest, which is awesome!<\/p>\n NMM<\/strong> It was good to see Total Recall this morning, who pulled in with a sweet looking Ram truck. He might or might not have mentioned that the deals right now are insane, if you’re looking…<\/p>\n Schneider and The Singing Cowboy went into hyper-speed on the laps and YHC wonders if they could have gotten another lap in…those guys are swift!<\/p>\n Starfish never seems to really get tired…or take a day off for that matter. Respect!<\/p>\n Seeing a forecast of dry, low 60s, and a light breeze would make YHC think 17 PAX would post to one of the AOs this morning, not total!
