By the time the sun rises tomorrow, F3 Winston-Salem will be back.\u00a0 Sort of.\u00a0 Kinda.\u00a0 The same, but different…right??<\/p>\n

If you are at all like me, you have a lot of questions.\u00a0 And few answers.\u00a0 A lot has changed since we last officially met.\u00a0 But here is what has not changed:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Mission of F3 IS TO PLANT, GROW AND SERVE SMALL WORKOUT GROUPS FOR MEN FOR THE INVIGORATION OF MALE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

There are 5 core principles of every F3 workout:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0Free\u00a0of charge.
\n2)\u00a0Open to all\u00a0men.
\n3)\u00a0Held\u00a0outdoors; rain or shine, heat or cold.
\n4)\u00a0Led\u00a0by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certificate necessary.
\n5)\u00a0Ends with a\u00a0Circle of Trust<\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For the foreseeable future, we will adhere to the following guidelines.\u00a0 Call them supplemental rules, whatever.\u00a0 Please follow them:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \u00a0Workouts must be kept to 10 pax or less.\u00a0 This means that if more than 10 pax post, the larger group must be broken up into to smaller groups.\u00a0 If you are the Q and this happens, you need to be prepared to hand another pax the Q reigns for the other group.\u00a0 Our AOs are large enough to accommodate two groups and not be on top of each other.<\/li>\n
  2. Maintain a minimum of 6 feet (more is better) between Pax at all times.\u00a0 All times.<\/li>\n
  3. NO sharing of coupons and NO partner exercises (like partner carry, wheelbarrow, etc).<\/li>\n
  4. Wear gloves.<\/li>\n
  5. If you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick, self-quarantine and STAY HOME.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It is imperative<\/strong> that we lead during this new stage of life.\u00a0 As we know, our community is watching us.\u00a0 Our families are watching, and our neighbors too.\u00a0 This is our time to lead by example, by following the established regulations and demonstrating that we are the leaders we claim to be.<\/p>\n

    I look forward to seeing you our there in the gloom.\u00a0 But honestly, not really looking forward to the 5am alarm.<\/p>\n
