autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Where to begin?\u00a0 A lot has happened since the week of March 16, when we shut down our beloved AOs.\u00a0 As you can imagine, that decision was a complicated and painful one to make.\u00a0 To give you all some idea, YHC reached out to four different regions within F3 Nation.\u00a0 They all were in the process of shutting down.\u00a0 I also reached out to 10 of our own Winston-Salem pax who are medical professionals.\u00a0 At that that time, there was not a clear consensus or prevailing opinion among them.<\/p>\n<p>Given what we knew then (and what we know now), the decision was made to close the AOs.<\/p>\n<p>Fast forward to today.\u00a0 While some things have remained the same, a lot has changed.<\/p>\n<p>YHC has watched Dr. Ohl&#8217;s weekly briefings, and Governor Cooper&#8217;s decision to relax the stay at home order on May 8th.\u00a0 YHC also reached out to the same 10 local medical pax.\u00a0 This time, their opinion was unanimous.\u00a0 Provided that we adhere to strict social distancing during our workouts, we can (and should) return to the gloom.<\/p>\n<p>Armed with that opinion, YHC reached out to the local leadership pax and site Qs.\u00a0 They concurred in the decision.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>THUS, assuming that the stay at home order expires on May 8th, we will reopen our AOs beginning Monday May 11.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Further communication will be sent regarding what these workouts will look like.\u00a0 But, you probably know.\u00a0 Social distancing is key.\u00a0 No partner work.\u00a0 Keeping the workout to 10 or fewer men.\u00a0 This means if you are the Q and 12 guys show up, you need to be prepared to break the group up into 2 smaller groups and have another pax Q that group.<\/p>\n<p><strong>And above all else&#8230;if you are sick &#8211;
