N — Nolan Ryans, each side<\/p>\n
O — Overhead Claps<\/p>\n
R — Run 200 meters<\/p>\n
M — Merkins<\/p>\n
A — American Hammers, each sidee<\/p>\n
L — Lunges, each side<\/p>\n
Perform 5 reps of each (always running only 200 meters), then 10, then 15, 20, 25, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 and repeat — until 45 minutes have elapsed.<\/p>\n
