Six Pax arrived on time for your typical WIB beat down.\u00a0 YHC was a little surprised the number was not great, but we were competing with Van Gogh and is EC fun run.<\/p>\n
After a brief warm-a-rama, WIB went something like this:<\/p>\n
Run from Steinmart lot past Lululemon to the entrance of Thruway near McDonalds.<\/p>\n
5 Burpees, 5 Dips, 5 Derkins<\/p>\n
Run past McDonalds to the far light post.<\/p>\n
5 Burpees, 5 Monkey Humpers, 5 Squats<\/p>\n
Run to the New Balance Store<\/p>\n
5 Burpees, 5 Mike Tysons, 5 Lunges<\/p>\n
Run to Steinmart lot<\/p>\n
5 Burpees, 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 5 Jump Squats<\/p>\n
Repeat, but adding 5 to each exercise with the exception of Burpees.<\/p>\n
Once the Pax hit 20 of each rep, we backed it down 5.<\/p>\n
We completed 4.5 laps before finishing with 5 minutes of Mary.\u00a0 Just for good measure we executed 10 extra Burpess for an even 100 in 45 minutes.<\/p>\n
