In an attempt to recreate the iconic route first run by #SgtSchulz when he was a young undergrad at Wake fleeing from the police, pax of all ages and shapes gathered in the gloom.<\/p>\n

MC was starting up around “lots of circles” on the route and Beverly wondering how to get to Wait Chapel, but evidently waiting for the Q to call any kind of warm-0-rama is frowned upon as #Burlap started running at 0530:02.<\/p>\n

The Q knew he would bring up the rear, just thought he might make it out of the parking lot without being last.\u00a0 Nope.<\/p>\n

As pax headed onto campus, a friendly enough looking face joined, Glazer!\u00a0 Either he lives on campus now or he’s got a job as a night watchman since this marketing gig is kind of a fad.<\/p>\n

Pax quickly became blinking lights in the distance.\u00a0 But almost as if the Q planned ways for the fast-holes to get in 8 miles while a certain #fleshanchor tried to get in 2 miles, Beverly and The Vig got in about 4 extra laps around the Quad and 7 bonus laps around the track and still had time to finish their smoke and coffee before the rest of the pax showed up.<\/p>\n

YHC thought he had dropped or run over his phone, so #Closer was kind enough to run the timer for Tabata and played some hits from his “Songs that somebody listened to in the 90’s” playlist.<\/p>\n

    L towards Scales Fine Arts up to WF Rd<\/p>\n

    L on WF Rd, follow it around<\/p>\n

    R on Gulley<\/p>\n

    Follow around to parking lot by Quad<\/p>\n

    R into parking lot and up to Quad<\/p>\n

    1 full lap around Quad and cross over to the other side<\/p>\n

    Straight out to WF Rd (like you’re leaving campus on Reynolda)<\/p>\n

    Turn R towards Kentner (Field Hockey Stadium)<\/p>\n

    1 full lap at Ketner Stadium<\/p>\n

    Head back to Wingate<\/p>\n

    R on Long back to parking lot<\/p>\n
