One day after celebrating my 54th trip around the sun, a Pax of 9 helped me have one more day to celebrate with my F3 family.\u00a0 Right at 7:00am we rolled out for a quick warm up lap around the track.\u00a0 As per usual, Spicolli arrived on Spicolli time and a half naked Buyout arrived shortly thereafter.\u00a0 More on that later.<\/p>\n
YHC really had nothing clever planned around the number 54.\u00a0 Our warm-a-rama looked something like this:<\/p>\n

The Pax was told to partner up for modified Dora.\u00a0 While one Pax ran to the first stop sign, partner B did the following:<\/p>\n

After each Pax had run 4 times, we continued up The Intimidator – Backwards.\u00a0 This was a real crowd pleaser.\u00a0 At each cross street, the Pax executed 2 Burpees, then 4, then 6, 8 and 10 for a total of 30 by the time we reached the top.<\/p>\n
In an effort to continue to add Range Miles, the Pax continued approximately one half mile to the garage near Foothills.<\/p>\n
Major Q fail as YHC was prepared to instruct the Pax on using the I beams in the garage for pull ups.\u00a0 No I beams in this garage.\u00a0 Fortunately, Zima had a wonderful idea.\u00a0 We performed 5 Burpees on each half level to bring our Burpee total to 60.<\/p>\n
We departed the garage for Hanes Park stopping three times to perform 10 Burpees at each stop.<\/p>\n
Our final stop was back in the parking lot for 10 more Burpees and a short session of Mary.<\/p>\n

YHC took us out asking our Lord to answer both spoken and unspoken prayers and reminding the Pax to reach out to our friends we have not seen in a while.\u00a0 Never assume all is well and try to be there for our friends in need.<\/p>\n
