          THOUGHTS:<\/b><\/p>\n

          • Very poor time estimation by the Q.\u00a0 The plan was to complete the path twice (out-and-back).\u00a0 Unfortunately, we didn\u2019t get to the return trip. Whatever will I do with the extra exercises that I had planned?<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Snooki counted 14 light poles.\u00a0 In retrospect, that was probably too many for what the Q had planned.\u00a0 I swear the troll who lives under the Reynolda Village bridge must have added a few lights recently.\u00a0 I don\u2019t remember there being so many.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • It\u2019s always fun to workout with Cheesesteak because you never know what exercise he\u2019ll do.\u00a0 It certainly won\u2019t be anything resembling what the Q has called for, but it\u2019s entertaining to see what crazy position his body ends up in.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Snooki, of course, had to modify the exercises.\u00a0 No, not because he couldn\u2019t do them, but because they were simply too easy for him, so in traditional Snooki style, he chose to make them all more difficult.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • It was hard to hear all of the mumblechatter over Chisel\u2019s ceaseless and constant commentary.\u00a0 But even though he blabbered on the entire time about God know what, let\u2019s just say that he dominated the workout with ease.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Razzie was very eager to do the workout again in reverse when we got to the end.\u00a0 He scoffed when the Q called for 20 more burpees and smiled his way through it. He wasn\u2019t even breathing heavily.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • The H.O.G., not trusting the Q to \u201cbring it\u201d, embarked on a 3 mile solo vision quest prior to the beatdown.\u00a0 Then he proceeded to simply flow through the rest of the exercises with grace. Note to self and future Qs: When H.O.G. shows up, try to make the beatdown worth his while.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • March 7 convergence at Jamison Park.\u00a0 All other workouts are canceled that day.\u00a0 I\u2019m sure some runners will boycott the bootcamp and work on their soccer arms though.\u00a0 But if you\u2019re not one of them, post to Jamison Park and bring an FNG. Since you all like Whirly, you should show up.\u00a0 He\u2019s the Q.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Thursday, there is a talk at 12:30 at St. Pauls, \u201cThings You Don\u2019t Hear White People Say\u201d.\u00a0 See Cheesesteak for details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
