On to what I assume has another name but I like to call ring of fire:
\n1st round – hold blocks over head while pax in clockwise motion complete 20 individual OH presses
\n2nd round – pax hold bus driver position with block while pax in clockwise motion complete 5 individual Whirly Thrusters
\n3rd round – assume monkeyhumper position while pax in clockwise motion complete 20 individual monkey humpers<\/p>\n
Next up were merkin, manmaker combos.Pax lined up at parking spot, 5 merkins OYO, move to next parking spot, 1 man maker OYO, move to next parking spot and repeat. Apprximately 15 parking spaces were dominated.<\/p>\n

Couple minutes left for some Mary!<\/p>\n
Overall, 200 curls, 200 skull crushers and 100 Whirly thrusters were conquered!<\/p>\n
