One exercise per song. That\u2019s it. Perform AMRAP of the exercise during the duration of the song. Including YHC.<\/p>\n Somewhat surprised at the lack of music knowledge by some of the younger Pax. T-Rex baby!<\/p>\n Mr. Soul by Buffalo Springfield is a fantastic jam. Neil Young and Stephen Stills??!! Come on!!<\/p>\n MC was in full effect until the offending Pax left. YHC naturally assumes their will to live was broken by the Q. More likely they were being responsible. Pffft. Whatever.<\/p>\n Decision to stay under cover was widely approved by all.<\/p>\n 58 plus 1 equals DQs age next week. I think.
