Then go out of the park to run an off track 800<\/p>\n

Back to the track to run a 1200<\/p>\n

COT<\/strong><\/p>\n Plunger expressed his appreciation for prayers and encouragement from the PAX while being on IR and what F3 has meant to him for the past several years. PAX is happy for him to be back working out. As well, YHC is especially grateful for Plunger’s presence and thankful that he invited him to F3 almost 5 years ago.<\/p>\n Valdez is now taking applications to find his successor as Site Q.
