He is a Civil Engineer that likes playing with computers, he has two daughters, and enjoys running. When asked to tell us something embarassing about himself, he actually did! He said he dyes his hair to stave off the reality of his upcoming 40th birthday next month\u2026. Thus: JUST FOR MEN was given!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YHC took us out lifting up prayer requests and asking to be leaders in our community.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>NMM<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YHC rolled in just on time this morning, stepped out and saw my buddy Damien showed up! He was just getting over a sickness and YHC wasn\u2019t sure if he\u2019d make it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This was a chest\/shoulder heavy beatdown\u2026 got JUST over a mile distance, with 100 Curls, 120 Inclined Merkins, 120 Thrusters, 100 Low Flutter, and 20 Man Makers&#8230; plus some good bear crawling action!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Low on the MC this morning due to all the self counting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After YHC heard a phone ding, Just For Men jokingly said that it was his wife calling and that he had to go home during our CULT pyramid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schneider did not appreciate the Block Crawl, stating \u201cThere goes the stencil work!\u201d&#8230; #Cobains<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mash hung out til just after 6:05, and headed out.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schneider was telling Just For Men about the other WeFoCo workout options, think they were excited to add a Lewisvillian to their ranks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fender was in top shape as usual, he complained that our pyramid didn\u2019t go up to 25, but got his wish later.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks for the keys, Schneider, a pleasure to Q your final week as Site-Q before 60-minutes takes over.
