YHC missed coordinating the date and had only planned on 2ndF. \u00a0But upon hearing this, Drip opted to use his Site Q powers to arrange \u00a0a swap with the Spamtan. Thus the tradition was allowed to continue! Every Sexual Chocolate beatdown changes slightly, but is themed around the beer itself. New this year is the fact that Sexual Chocolate comes in 12-oz can 4-packs! Will save Picnic Tables for next year.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inchworms x25 is tough&#8230; Cheesesteak\u2019s modification to do reverse for the 2nd set was a good call, and a different kind of tough! 75 total was not quite impossible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The lunge\/squat train train was an Omaha from Burpee Bear Crawl Train, since the inchworms killed the shoulders\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monkey Humpers really deadened the legs and caused Red Baron to make some odd noises.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His sounds made Lambchop recall former DashPAX Octomom (who moved)&#8230; evidently, it sounded like Octomom was birthing 8 kids whenever he worked out in the gym &#8211; hence the name!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RootCanal still managed to lunge and squat with the brace, #Respect!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His brace buddy, Drip, has excellent form on the Lunges btw!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Footnote, $5 Dollar Footlong home after #CharlieFoxtrot and Burns joined after some morning Basketball, along with YHCs new coworker (and future PAX who just moved to Winston from Mexico a week ago). I especially appreciate the PAX making him feel welcome, hope to have him out soon. We all had a great time discussing anything from Beer to work to running to our appreciation for Root Canal coming out and doing what he could throughout his recovery process. Happy to report that the 2020 Sexual Chocolate is mighty tasty, and now comes in cans!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks for the keys, Drip, and allowing YHC to keep the tradition going!
