Fair bit of MC, but YHC couldn&#8217;t hear it, assume they were complimenting my impeccable cadence.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the base of the intimidator where the plan was laid out as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up clover<\/li>\n<li>Clover and Carolina &#8211; 5 merkins<\/li>\n<li>Clover and Jersey &#8211; 5 diamond merkins<\/li>\n<li>Over on Jersey<\/li>\n<li>Brookstown and Jersey &#8211; 5 wide merkins<\/li>\n<li>Down Brookstown<\/li>\n<li>Brookstown and Carolina &#8211; 5 ranger merkins<\/li>\n<li>Mosey to playground for 5 reverse merkins from the swings, then back up clover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Repeat the course, adding 2 repetitions at each station every lap. Each lap was ~0.5mi and everyone got in 5 or 6 laps. Good job!<\/p>\n<p>Lots of generosity this morning to support the HIM of F3 GSO in their effort to build a playground in a deserving neighborhood.
