We made 3 laps around the 2 blocks (second to N church to 3rd<\/sup> to liberty and back to 2nd<\/sup>).<\/p>\n Along second street \u2013 10 burpee box jumps, 50 calf raises, and 10 ski jumps IC<\/p>\n Along N Church \u2013 stop at every parking sign for 5 dive bombers (25 total)<\/p>\n Sprint up 3rd<\/sup> one block then partner wheelbarrow one block<\/p>\n Along Liberty \u2013 wide merkins 10 OYO, 10 dips on wall x 10 IC (Omaha to low pulse, high pulse, and full squats for a total of 60 per lap), diamond merkins.<\/p>\n 605 work our way back\u2026\u2026..seal jacks, merkins, return to parking lot for SSH x 50 IC<\/p>\n Mary \u2013 WWII x 10 OYO, low flutter x 10 IC, WWII x 10 OYO, rotisserie chickens<\/p>\n FIN<\/p>\n Announcements \u2013 CSAUP event in charlotte on Saturday \u2013 see post by Burns. $5 looking to be a lizard, yep.\u00a0 (in all seriousness he is looking to continue to expand the dash pax and further engage the community \u2013 all great ideas).<\/p>\n Turnover requested a new Q for Mayhem tomorrow\u2026\u2026oh wait\u2026\u2026..I have it.
